Drafting & DESIGN, LLC is continually researching the Food Service Industry for
new and innovative "Green" equipment and provide our clients with the kitchen
and/or bar design best suited for their operational needs and budgets. Satisfied

order to obtain this. We help our clients with specifying "Green" Energy Star
Compliant equipment which provide energy savings and other useful information

We have designed many different types of foodservice facilities and find it
challenging to provide a design that not only flows operationally, but is
attractive to look at as well. We always invite input from our Clients and
then incorporate their ideas into the designs while working closely with our
