Drafting & DESIGN, LLC is continually researching the Food Service Industry for new and innovative "Green" equipment and provide our clients with the kitchen and/or bar design best suited for their operational needs and budgets. Satisfied clients are our primary concern and we go above and beyond our scope of work in order to obtain this. We help our clients with specifying "Green" Energy Star Compliant equipment which provide energy savings and provide energy saving tips which can be found on our "Links" page.

We have designed many different types of foodservice facilities and find it challenging to provide a design that not only flows operationally, but is attractive to look at as well. We always invite input from our Clients and then incorporate their ideas into the designs while working closely with our Client's Architects.
